Plagiarism encompasses a wide spectrum of unethical practices, ranging from the unreferenced use of others' published and unpublished ideas including research grant applications to the submission of an entire paper under “new” authorship, sometimes in a different language (as outlined in the COPE Guidelines on Good Publication Practice, available at http://publicationethics.org/. 

1. 1. Each manuscript with related topic will be reviewed by two (2) or more expert reviewers.
2. 2. Generally, two (2) weeks will be needed for the reviewer to complete one round reviewing process.
3. 3. Judgement from the first reviewer will be the main priority for the Editorial Board of VBCJ to decide.
