Veterinary Biomedical and Clinical Journal (VBCJ) is a peer reviewed journal that has been publishing articles periodically in August and December each year since 2019. VBCJ accommodates articles in any field of veterinary and biomedical science, as well as veterinary case reports.

Focus and Scope

Veterinary Biomedical and Clinical Journal (VBCJ) accommodates articles in any field of veterinary and biomedical science, as well as veterinary case reports.

Peer Review Process

  • At least one (1) or two (2) or more expert reviewers will review each manuscript for the related topic. 
  • Generally, two (2) weeks will be needed for the reviewer to complete one round reviewing process.
  • Judgement from the first reviewer will be the main priority for the Editorial Board of VBCJ to decide. 
  • Generally, the candidate of reviewers will be chosen based on their reputation in the international publication number and quality. After that, the Editor will send the invitation letter for each candidate of reviewer. After the candidate of reviewer informed their availabilities for reviewing process, the Editor create account for each reviewer and then send manuscript by OJS. 
  • All reviewing processes are in blind peer review and managed by section editor in the OJS (Open Journal System).

Open Access Policy

Veterinary Biomedical and Clinical Journal (VBCJ) is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author.

 

Archiving

  • This journal utilizes the CLOCKSS system hosted by Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia, to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. 
  • Author’s personal information may be shared with our academic and educational partners, including other publishers from another college or university, under an academic purpose.
  • Author’s personal information will be kept safely for as long it is needed for the original reasons for example, for as long as you have an account with us.  
  • Authors have rights over their personal information (such as find out what information we hold about the author and ask us to provide the author with a copy of their information). When the author needs further information related to this, please kindly send us questions to our email.

The manuscript submitted should be an original work and not has been published or being considered elsewhere.
